- Booking is advised, but a first come first served bases will apply otherwise.
- Please bring a towel and bottle of water to all classes.
- Medical conditions must be disclosed in confidence to the instructor before your class begins.
- Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers, tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt.

Total Tone
Toning from top to toe. Free weigh-in before each class.
