Kids Improvers-Course 3 (Start Date January 7th 2025) 4.15pm- 4.45pm

Improvers

Level 3: Swimming 10-15m front crawl with side breathing, good leg kick action and body position.

Aim: Teach front crawl bilateral breathing, build fitness level, introduce dolphin swimming

Level 3.5: Swimming 2 lengths front crawl with bilateral breathing, good arm action and body position for back stroke.

Aim: Build fitness level in front crawl and back stroke, technical arm action for front crawl, introduce breast stroke

Level 4: Swimming 4 lengths front crawl and backstroke, good breast stroke leg action

Aim: Teach breast stroke arms and timing, build fitness and strength level.

Cancellation policy: Courses will only be refunded if cancelled a minimum of 3 days prior to the course start date

Swimming Lessons Terms & Conditions

• Bookings will only be taken on receipt of full payment for course.
• Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 3 days notice of cancellation prior to the date of commencement is required to receive a full refund or course transfer (subject to availability).
  Cancellation within the 3 days prior to commencement of course will not be refunded.
• Missed classes cannot be made up on other courses.
• Please bring swimming togs, goggles, hat, and pair of flip flops to lessons
